The Camlock Fitting or Coupling by TerreMax, also known as a cam and groove is a form of hose coupling. This type of fitting is popular because it is a simple and reliable way of connecting and disconnecting equipment that transfers fluid like sprayers, pumps, hoses, and many other applications.
TerreMax’s injection molded plastic camlock fittings are manufactured in sizes ranging from 1/2” to 4”.
There are eight different universal configurations of fittings that are offered in the market:
1. Type ‘A’ Coupler – male adapter with female NPT thread
2. Type ‘B’ Coupler – female coupler with male NPT thread
3. Type ‘C’ Coupler – female coupler with hose barb
4. Type ‘D’ Coupler – female coupler with female NPT thread
