TerreMax utilizes the latest injection molding and CNC technologies along with other support equipment to manufacture our extensive line of fluid flow products. This enables TerreMax to manufacture high quality fluid flow products in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet our customer’s expectations. TerreMax is also capable of custom molding, assembly, testing, and retail or bulk packaging.

ENGINEERING
Our engineering staff includes four (4) full time engineers with over 75 years of combined experience. Using the latest in computer aided design they are capable of assisting with all aspects of design from concept to production tooling.

MOLDING
Our production facility includes a variety of sizes of injection molding machines. We regularly process and inventory several grades of nylon and polypropylene; however, we do have considerable experience with a vast array of materials that can be made available to suit our customer’s needs.

- Press Sizes 40 to 500 Tons
- Materials include: ABS, Acetal, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, Santoprene, and many more.
SECONDARY MANUFACTURING/PACKAGING
In addition to molding our production facility is equipped to provide machining, assembly, and packaging thus eliminating the need for our customers to outsource those operations to another vendors.

OUR CAMPUS
With state-of-the-art plastic production technology, and fully automated robotics, our manufacturing department produces your parts in our 22,000 sq ft injection molding and machining facility.
TerreMax is a privately owned manufacturer. They’re an ISO9001 Certified company, an ASTM member, and follows ANSI standards. TerreMax has over 100 employees at their campus in Fontanet, Indiana.
Additionally, TerreMax has their own line of products with over 1,000 unique SKU’s they design, manufacture, and distribute for the Commercial AG industry as well as retail markets. Their products are in 2,000 retail locations across the United States and Canada, with a supply chain and logistics network to support distribution.
